Nyagami – Return & Refund Policy

At Nyagami, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy is aligned with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

1. Returns (No Reason) – 14 Days

 

• You may return any product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, without providing a reason.

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

2. Defective or Non-Conforming Products – 30 Days

 

• If the product is defective or does not match its description, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

• Please keep the item in its original condition and provide proof of purchase.

3. Warranty on Durable Goods

 

• For applicable products, Nyagami provides a 2-year warranty covering repairs, spare parts, and related costs.

• If the same defect occurs more than twice within one year, the product will be replaced.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

 

• Underwear, swimwear, socks, or other intimate apparel.

• Opened beauty products or cosmetics.

• Customized or personalized items.

5. How to Return

 

• Online: Contact our customer service to arrange pickup or drop-off. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective.

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
